Studio Policies

1. Class Booking & Payment

All group classes must be reserved in advance through the Calendly booking link. A reservation is required to attend class: https://calendly.com/connectwithlaunora

Beginning January 1, 2027, all monthly memberships will follow a standardized billing date, with membership payments due on the first day of each month, regardless of when the membership originally began.

2. Class Memberships

Memberships are month-to-month and provide access to the regularly scheduled group classes included with the active membership, not based on a guaranteed number of classes attended each month. Choosing not to attend does not reduce or pause the monthly membership fee.

Members may pause their membership for one month per calendar year with at least 14 days' advance notice. Membership pauses must be requested before the month the pause is intended to begin.

If a membership is canceled, the membership ends and access to member pricing and benefits ends with it. If you choose to return in the future, a new membership may be started at the current membership rate being offered at that time.

3. Studio Closures & Schedule Changes

Breathe Yoga Services, LLC may occasionally close or adjust the studio schedule due to holidays, scheduled time away, illness, family obligations, weather, or is expected to be closed for one full week or longer will be communicated in advance.

Studio closures or schedule changes do not automatically result in a prorated membership or refund. Any adjustment, credit, make-up opportunity, or other arrangement will be determined by Breathe Yoga Services, LLC on a case-by-case basis.

4. Private Sessions & Packages

Payment for private Yoga Therapy sessions, Reiki sessions, and packages are separate services and are not included with monthly group membership and is due in full before the scheduled session in order to reserve the appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice, including same-day cancellations and no-shows, will be considered a used session and will not be refunded or returned to the package.

Emergencies or unexpected circumstances will be handled with reasonable care and discretion.

5. Scope of Practice

Yoga Therapy and Reiki are complementary wellness services and are not substitutes for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare.

Breathe Yoga Services, LLC does not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medical treatment. Clients should consult their appropriate healthcare provider regarding medical concerns or conditions.

6. Policy Updates

Breathe Yoga Services, LLC reserves the right to update pricing, scheduling, services, membership terms, and studio policies as the business evolves.

Changes will be communicated as appropriate and will apply moving forward.
