My hip hasn't been hurting near as much as it was, it hardly ever hurts now.
I’m still new to yoga but Launora’s classes have helped me trust my body again. She teaches you how to listen to your body and not push past your limit. I always walk away from a session a little lighter than when I began. My neck was in a great deal of pain for the last few months and after listening to Launora’s recommendations I am no longer in pain! Such a relief. I will definitely continue to practice with her.
I did my Sitali breaths last night before bed and inhaled peppermint oil and I woke up without a headache this morning!
I recently started to experience lower back pain most likely since I'm driving a lot for work. I stumbled upon Launora's post about yoga and the benefits, I never tried yoga in my life but decided to give it a shot. Purchased a video for lower back and shoulder pain, I did it for 5 days straight and the improvement was amazing!! I would definitely recommend giving it a shot!
